Geocache Description:

Welcome to Case Memorial Library!

Henry Ward Beecher once said, "A library is not a luxury but one of the necessities of life." In the fall of 1955, Orange residents Roger Boyd and Frank Merkel shared those same sentiments and decided to do something about it. By May 5, 1956, the Orange Library was open for business. Initially, the library was open 17 hours a week.

Now, two new buildings and a lot more books later, you can still go to the library from Monday to Saturday.

The cache is a white pill bottle containing a log and a pencil. Please replace the log into the cache exactly as you found it, so the log won't get stuck.

Good luck!
