Geocache Description:

The coordinates above are not anywhere close to the cache and you will get run over if you use them.

Through the research I have done with my “Public Opinion Poll” cache I have learned that a large portion of us are Rock & Rollers. With that in mind I am planting a series of puzzle hides pertaining to some favorite Rock & Roll albums.

This cache is dedicated to Led Zeppelin and their “IV” A.K.A , “ZoSo” album.
Led Zeppelin, consisting of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bonham and John Paul Jones released their 4th album “IV” in 1971. It became a commercial success selling over 32 million copies and in 2003 was listed 69th in Rolling Stone magazine’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Even though it never made it to the top of Billboard 200 chart in the U.S., it peaked at #2 but stayed on the chart longer than any other Led Zeppelin album and was the biggest selling album not to reach #1. In the U.K it did reach #1 and stayed on the chart for 62 weeks.

There was never an official title given to this album as Jimmy Page felt “Names, titles and things like that do not mean a thing” The record company objected saying it would be “professional suicide” but the band won out. Since there was no name, the album was unofficially called “IV” following the sequence of their other three “I”, “II” and “III”. It is also known as “ZoSo”, “Four Symbols”, “Untitled”, “The Fourth Album”, “Ruins” and “The Hermit”. Other than “IV” “ZoSo” is the other popular title. Deriving from the 4 symbols on the inner sleeve, “ZoSo” was the brainchild of Page. Suggesting that each member of the group choose a personal emblem, Page designed the symbol referred to as the word “ZoSo’ . He never disclosed what the symbol meant just that it was not intended to be a word. Jones’ emblem, a triquetra within a circle, represents a person who possesses confidence and competence while Bonham’s symbol, three interlocking rings, represents mother, father and child. Plant’s symbol, a feather in a circle was based on a sign from the Mu civilization.

The cover of this album was very unique. Besides there being no title the group’s name is also missing. The picture on the front is a 19th century painting of an old man carrying sticks on his back. It was affixed to the peeling paper wall of a house being demolished. When fully open you see a panoramic view of the house and city.

Below I am listing parts of the lyrics of some of the songs on this album with one or more words left out. It’s your job to pick the correct word(s) from the possible answers and place the number next to it in the coords.
