Herb Parsons Lake is such a nice lake with a great 6 mile trail. This is no secret to geocachers, but I have noticed something that happened to me and to a group of other geocachers I was with on a separate occasion. There is a natural propensity to go counterclockwise around the lake, and that is the best way to go. But once you get to the last cache in the "southern" group you are left asking yourself, "Should I turn around and go back the way I came or go all the way around?" This cache fills in a hole between the "southern" and "northern" groups, beckoning you to "Go all the way around!" Be sure to cover the cache back up like it was when you find it. Grab your hiking boots, a bottle of water, an energy snack, and "go all the way around" this great trail. This ammo can has the requisite log and typical tradeables.
