Geocache Description:

The Bridge-Canal

What to do when a canal must cross a river ? A bridge-canal.
If this one is now out of use because the river transport has stopped, you must go and see this piece of architecture in this pleasant place.
Can you see its width at this location ? In fact, it is the narrowest canal of France.

This bridge-canal on the river Sauldre was constructed under the direction of the engineer Camille Bailloud between 1833 (first project) and 1839 (beginning of navigation between Vierzon and Noyers).
Stonework built, it is made up of five semicircular arches seven meters wide.

You have to cross the brigde to find the cache.
