Ninety years after first European settlement in Australia the squatter's era had given away to the closer settled agricultural age. Jamestown was one of the rapidly growing settlements and the new permanance created demand for building stone. Unfortunately for quarrymen Nottebaum and Vince this was to be their downfall.
To find this cache you first need to find their rock and calculate the location from there.
Step 1. Subtract the year of first European settlement from the year this cache was placed. The answer is the magnetic bearing to the cache.
Step 2. The age of one of our dearly departed will give you the distance in metres to the cache. But which one? Is it one or is it the other? Or is it somewhere in between?
