This cache is hidden in the Tar Hollow state park. It is in a normal-sized ammo can.
You will want to drive a ways into the park and park your vehicle by the firetower (there are signs directing you there). Then follow the trail that passes by the outhouses nearby (might want to hold your nose). This is a steep hike, and not for those with asthma or heart-related problems. Make sure to bring water. If you have any energy left in your legs afterwards, be sure to check out the view from the top of the firetower, don't worry, you're allowed.
Update: We are told you are no longer allowed to climb the fire tower, we will confirm next time we're out there.
HockingHunters have confirmed, you are no longer allowed to climb the fire tower. That's really a shame, it was neat. Thanks guys.
Update (8/5/07): Great news! According to larryc43230, you can now climb the fire tower again. This offers a really beautiful view of the surrounding forest to any who aren't afraid of heights.
