"Camouflaged" small container on an island of the Truckee River, bring your own writing instrument.
If the river is normal to high a river crossing will be required and may be more difficult depending on current. The rocks for crossing are usually submerged and very slippery, be careful, or you can just swim across. Watch out for muggles above you and across the river, I tried to place it so cachers can't be seen easily.
No bushwhacking is required, it is in plain sight, be nice, you just have to look closely. Think out of the box.
