JUST THE BASICS
A class for all those who wish to learn the basics of GSAK. This class is perfect for the beginner who has never used GSAK or those who have, but want to improve their skill. It is not an advanced class; you will not be intimidated.
Become a much more efficient cacher. We have assembled a tremendous amount of how-to information into one simple, easy-to-follow, basic course on how to use GSAK. JUST THE BASICS. Upon completion, you will be able to create a database of caches, load them into your GPS, upload your finds to GSAK, search the database in hundreds of different combinations, use two basic macros and create a database of all your personal finds. Once you master these basics, you will be able to take GSAK to whatever level you desire.
There will be a step-by-step syllabus issued to each participant.

A PC, preferably a laptop and no more than two people per PC.
GPS
Cable to connect your GPS to computer.
Flash drive
The most recent GSAK account, paid or free. Newest version as of publication is 8.4.1.78
You must have a Geocaching.com premium membership. (Not my requirement, GSAK only communicates with Geocaching.com through a premium membership).
