This is a replacement for the old one that got buried in the big rains.

This cache lives up to it's name, and should survive all but a 1000 year flood (are we tempting fate?). It's probably a bit harder to find, but a bit closer to the parking lot than the original.

You're looking for a poorman's camo job on a cookie tin. Please take care in removing and replacing the lid.

Kid/school related stuff inside. Thanks for keeping with the theme.

A nice little hike. Lots of goodies in the cache. The kids wanted the American Idol doll (how long with those batteries last?), but I didn't have any goodies to exchange.

After a long hiatus we are back. I originally started geocaching for my two step-sons. After finding a few dozen caches with them and teaching them how to play the game I gave them the reigns and stepped out. They ended up stopping shortly after. Now my two younger sons are getting interested in caching, so we went out today to let them go “treasure hunting”.
I discovered that my older boys took a travel bug and never placed it. I found it and we placed it today. We're sorry for holding it so long.
