Ridgerunner Traditional Cache

The best place to park to enjoy this one is at the dirt pull off on the left side of the main Nickerson State Park road 2. 4 miles south of Rt 6A.(N 41 45.029' W 070 01.506') The cache is about 1/3 of a mile as the crow flies but a bit more as the person walks. It’s a really nice walk along the pond. Except for the last 30 feet, this can be done on established paths, however, the last 320 ft is pretty steep. Good hiking shoes are recommended. Cache is medium sized rubbermaid container with some cool stuff. Enjoy the view.
