Geocache Description:

Allow 1.5hrs for this cache near Macclesfield and Congleton. Quite a steep walk, but pick a fine day and you'll be rewarded with fine views of the Cheshire plain, the Peak District and the Welsh mountains (if you're lucky!)
Why not visit the Bridestones (ancient burial stones N53 09.398 W002 08.506 - see photo below) while you're in the area?

Park at Timbersbrook car-park (free) N53 09.736 W002 09.582
Proceed through the grassy area, through the stile, turn left up the road to the footpath ascending at N53 09.768 W002 09.409
Follow footpaths, ascending all the way to the cache!
