CITO in Bear Branch Park Cache In Trash Out Event

Please consider joining our group of dedicated earth-conscious geocachers from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 1 in our quest to remove trash from Bear Branch Park. We'll be focusing on selected areas near its tennis courts, skateboard park, children's playground, dog park, and along portions of its hiking and biking trails. 

Please drive to the large parking area within Bear Branch Park and proceed to the staging area located at the listed coordinates so that we can allocate our available human resources in a focused manner. Any needed supplies will be provided at that same staging area. Trash barrels generally are placed in strategic areas within the Park and will be used to deposit your collected refuse (or your collected trash can be returned to the listed coordinates).  A large amount of dedicated parking is located adjacent to the listed coordinates. Please bring insect repellent, sunscreen, and plenty of water to drink (note: water faucets are available at various locations within the Park to re-fill water bottles).
