For reasons I can't go into here I assure you it is safe to go for the cache. It would be appreciated if re-hiders would take a moment to guarantee it is secure.
Best to come at it from 6th Ave.
Speeding by on the SkyTrain I happened to glimpse the signboard below. With a name like that, I was intrigued and decided I had to visit this park. Make sure you check out the name at the S/E corner. Talk about optimism.
While children can certainly play here and the river's in sight..well I hope you get a chuckle. The merry-go-round is so good it moves itself on the mildest breeze and I personally guarantee how fast it goes. Enjoy the ride.
Update: July 06. In "the good old days" this whole entire park was once indeed an Adventure Park completely filled with rides and playground items on cement or gravel. With increasing child safety awareness, it was finally deemed too dangerous, the majority was removed and the land returned to nature. Ah, well part of the park name makes sense now.
