Easy wide open park on gentle
slope. Kiddy play area on one end. Lots of grass - bring a
lunch. This park has been
posted as no longer maintained by the parks dept. due to budget cuts, so
let's do what we can.

This is a CITO only Cache - I put 6 CITO kits, a log, and a pen in a
sandwich size TW container. Should be an easy find.
The purpose of this cache is for cleaning up a park. This park is
posted as no longer maintained by the parks dept. due to budget cuts, so
let's do what we can.
Oddly enough, I have looked on paper maps of Hayward, and several map
programs and this park does not show on any of them.
Please recycle the CITO kits.
Enter the cache area from the east to avoid the black berries.

There are
several large and loud dogs in houses that boarder the park and will raise
a fuss sometimes. One is a Rottweiler and looks pretty fearsome when
sitting on his deck and barking at you - he can't get out.
