This is a very popular fishing spot. There were lots of people around when I hid the cache and I had to wait for them to leave. You may have the same problem when you hunt the cache. This whole huge reservoir and park looks like they must employ everyone in town to mow the grass. This is a tough place to hide something. I'd come in the winter, or when the weather isn't so good, or be prepared to wait until some fishermen, errr fisherpersons leave.
This is a good all weather hunt and you won't get muddy unless you fall down the hill. The cache is small, so just log your find. No room for anything else. There are a growing number of caches in the area, so if you plan your trip right you could 10 or more in a day. Have fun.
