There is ample parking on Quiet Hills Ct, just west of Roscoe Blvd and Valley Circle Blvd, and from the trailhead, it's just a short but steep grade up to the "Mezzanine Level". You'll find a great view from there but don't turn back right after you find this cache because there are more great views and caches further up the trail. Be sure to check for any nearby puzzle caches before you go (and not necessarily listed as puzzles). 
What you'll be looking for at the "Mezzanine Level" is a decon container, with a logbook, pencil and a few small trade items for your fair trading pleasure.
