This is one that is replacing a previous one we had nearby that was causing a bit of a disturbance due to over eager cachers. There is NO NEED to destroy/pry/move things that aren't meant to be moved. Finesse is far better than brute strength in most cases. The cache is large enough for small trade items, but BYOP.
Area is accesible 24/7, and is well lit. Muggles aplenty during the daytime, I assure you, which may lead to a night grab attempt. Coords averaged out to 13.5' in over 200 measurements, so be patient and let your Geo-sense and GPS guide you in. Please replace cache back exactly as found, and do not give away hints in logs.
