These three caches in Fish Canyon are the first wave of some backcountry hides I had planned for the area. There will be three or four more if I ever get back up here.
Take the Templin Hwy exit off Interstate 5, Templin Hwy ends at a gate in a couple of miles. Park there.
When I got to this area I was glad I had my bike. Really pretty area, where the stream runs right down an old road bed. “This will be fun on the way back,” I though, and pressed on, forgetting to place a cache, perhaps thinking there would be a better spot further upstream. I didn’t get that much farther this trip, so I stopped here on my way down and hid this one. It’s a short scramble to the cache from the trail.
