Free Willy's cache Traditional Cache
ranger469: I went out the other day just to make sure willy was still gone. He was. As mentioned in previous posts, I am going to let him bcome just a memory. Thanks to all for your visits, comments etc.

This is located in the same general area where Willy jumped over the rocks in the movie Free Willy.
With a bit of sadness, I am closing down Free Willy's cache. It was originally placed here not just for the location of the jetty wall in the movie, but was also here for the enjoyment of the "old man in the van with the dogs, or the old guy on the porch" aka my dad. Dad enjoyed watching people hunt for the cache from his window. Dad is dying now. To make matters worse, it seems muggles have kidnapped Willy. After debating with myself to replace it or not, I won't be. Thanks to all the people from all over the world who came to find it. Dad had a great time with you, and I thank you for that. To those that missed the cache, I encourage you to come to the area anyway. Even though the actual cache will be gone, the location is still quite cool. Happy cacheing to all.
