The posted coords mean nothing. You must complete the entire West
Side Rec. Series to find this cache. The final coords are broken up
into degrees and minutes. The 3 digit clues are after the decimal
in standard coords.It's a nice walk down there but save it for
another trip. This cache should be done during the day, but if you
want to attempt it at night, do so at your own risk, and park at
the Kmart to the northwest.
It is lamentable that there aren't more regular sized caches in the
city here so we decided on passing one day on the perfect spot for
a large one, and wanted everyone to enjoy the many recreational
opportunities on the West Side of the Wyoming Valley in the process
of finding this one. Container is a five gallon bucket and it must
be put back exactly where and how it was found. The difficulty and
terrain rating is up because of the location and also because of
the lengths one must go to reaching it. Some cachers may need help
to get this one. Please come back with assistance rather than
manhandle it, as it will be impossible to return to it's hiding
place. After the cache had been found please remove it to a nearby
area to log in order to avoid unwanted attention.
