In 2003, this was part of "Lighthouses on Parade." You can still
see many of these art projects in and around the Portland area.
This one is called "The Power of Women, The Dreams of Girls." (For
some reason, it appears that someone has painted over the original
design as it does not match what is online...see User's Web Page
for original photo.) You are looking for a nano not too far from
the lighthouse. The cache is not on or around the lighthouse, but
close by in a more discrete location. Bring your own pen or pencil.
This should be an easy park and grab, except for maybe the parking
part...
