What you have created is in effect a virtual cache and as you know, new virtual caches are no longer publishable on geocaching.com. If you wish to continue encouraging people to visit this location without placing a physical cache there or making it a virtual waypoint of a multicache that eventually leads to a physical cache, I suggest you consider posting it on www.waymarking.com.
