A camoed pill bottle
After the Mountain Fiesta was over, I decided that a little more exploration of the area was in order. For years Weston Pass has been on my list of places that I wanted to go, so today I headed on up. Now there are only a couple of places on the road where it is narrow and it is difficult to find a place to pass oncoming cars so most of the meets were handled with no problem at all. One, however, presented some problems. We were headed downhill and came upon a pair of vehicles that could not decided what to do. We held back and waited for them to work it out. Uphill has the right of way. It took them about 20 minutes with a lot of downhill backing up to sort it out. It almost looked like a scene from a Keystone Cops comedy.
This cache was placed to commemorate the interesting scene that we watched unfold.
The road is plenty wide for parking here.
