Geocache Description:

The coordinates posted are those of a monument to Buddy Bolden, the first King of Jazz, buried in a unmarked grave nearby in this sadly neglected cemetery.

Use information gathered there to start your search (all locations are close by within the cemetery) for a special cache.

In homage to the currently missing "Who got the baby?" cache and just in time for the tail end of the carnival season, this cache contains only a log, a FTF package with a special king cake pin, and individual little packages for all subsequent finders. Each little package contains a baby and some doubloons. If you take a package, you should place another cache, and put the baby in the cache. There is not any room for trades right now, as it's packed with packages for the finders. You will not need to disturb any graves - marked or otherwise. The hint has been changed to nearly a spoiler, as my original hint was a little too easy to apply elsewhere and the GPS tends to jump at the final location if you are familiar with New Orleans arboreal geo-saboteurs.

1. At Buddy's grave, note his vitals. He was born on A/B/CDEE and died on CC/F/CAGC. You'll probably figure out that you don't need to visit locations 3 and 4 (as you'll have all the digits), but they're on the way to the final location.

2. The second location is the grave of "Teddy Bear" at 29°59.CCG N, 90°6.GEG W. He was born on E/A/CAFH and died on C/II/IHHF.

3. The third location is the grave of Baby Wesley at 29°59.CIH N, 90°6.GBA W. Baby Wesley lived for G weeks

4. The fourth location is the grave of someone marvelous, magnetic and majestic at 29°59.CID N, 90°6.GDH W. He was born on G/IA/CAGJ and died on A/G/CAED

5. The fifth and final location is at 29°59.CHF N, 90°6.FHE W.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to this cemetery. Not all the dearly departed are as well taken care of as some others; there are still some signs of attention here but some are simply unmarked and forgotten. There are many veterans of the Second World War you will see on your way to the final cache.
