Another PNG on the I-94 corridor. What state is this in?

After all that up and down driving on Frontage Rd. for all those PNGs why not put your signature down in the I-94 PNG Hall of Fame. Feel free to sign any of the two logs. There is a designated spot for the FTF. DO NOT TAKE the logs. PLease have a a sharpie or ball point pen to sign (do not forget)
