During my last 6 1/2 years of employment with the IRS, I worked in the International Division, where we dealt extensively with U.S. Possessions.
The cache is located off a cul-de-sac in a residential development. It contains a log, pencil, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. The cache is not inside the fenced-in area, nor at any equipment. Park in the cul-de-sac.
