A Second Place to Hibernate Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Duck-n-Deedy: Went out today to check on the cache. I found it intact except for the hole in the lid. It was right where it was supposed to be on the downhill side of the roots. Figured it was time to archive this on as it had a nice run and I didnt think the container would last much longer.

Geocache Description:

On terrain that only a Logscaler could love...

If you are looking for perfect views of the river, search no further. You can drive right to this spot and catch all of the activities along the Rogue River.

This is NOT a kid or dog friendly cache. They should probably stay in the car while an adventurous adult searches for this custom-painted treasure. Do not be tempted to climb down the hill.

You can park right next to a large upturned root structure of a long-dead tree. This root system looks like an ideal spot for a woodland critter to hibernate. Then sit next to the roots, soak in the beauty of the Rogue River, and reach for this cache.
