You are seeking a camo'ed 35 mm film container containing only a log.
Welcome to a tiny little corner of Wisconsin who's only claim to fame and fortune is the meteorite landing at Nugget Lake 45 million years ago. Curiously, there are no kiosks or tourist traps in this town highlighting this anomaly. Instead, it is a skeleton of a township surrounded by abandoned farmsteads.
I totally missed this forgotten piece of Rock Elm history as I was focused on my GPS. On the return trip, the gps was off and I nearly missed it a second time. This little roadside cemetery is not listed on any maps, nor is it named.
It's a curious little spot, but it houses the memories of families who settled this area and fought for this country. Now it can be appreciated by others.
This cache is not located on a grave site. If a mourner is present, please come back at another time to seek this cache.
