An easy cache in a very nice location to spend an afternoon.
This cache is in a very nice large park with a big public beach and lots of shade. The park closes at dusk, so you can't do this one at night. You will need to bring change for the parking meters.
The coordinates are for a very informative and interesting sign that tells about the Artificial Reef program. To claim a find you must email me with the coordinates of the seventh obsolite tank that was sunk.
This would be a good cache if you like scuba diving, since the sign has the coodinates for several ships, tanks, and artificial reefs that you could explore.
