This traditional, micro cache is located at the Park and Ride parking lot, on Highway 76, just outside of Stateburg. This area is part of the High Hills of Santee and you can just glimpse them from the back edge of this parking area.
There’s plenty of parking available just a short distance from the hide. Check carefully for muggles who may be sitting in any parked vehicles that are within sight of the search area. The cache container is well camouflaged, and as small as it is it only has room for the log and very small trade items. Bring your own pen to sign the log. There’s no reason to cross the fence during the hunt. Be sure to hide it well when you’re through.
