The container is 10cm x 8cm x 5cm plastic box hidden inside the Suginami Chirden Traffic Park. This park is open from 9am to 5pm. Admission is free.
The park is located along Zenpukuji River. Children can ride a bicycle or a pedal go-cart on safe tracks in the park. There are traffic signals for children to learn traffic rules. To reach this park, there is Sugi-maru bus service between JR Asagaya and Inogashira line Hamadayama station. The nearest bus stop to the park is Suginami-daini-Shogakko. Kanto-bus is also operating bus service between Nakano and Kichijoji station. 容器は10cm x 8cm x 5cmのプラスチックの箱で、杉並児童交通公園の中に隠しました。この公園は午前9時から午後5時まで開いています。入園は無料です。(12月28日から1月4日は休園) 杉並児童交通公園は善福寺川沿いにあり、自転車や足漕ぎ式ゴーカートに乗ることができます。公園の中には信号があり、サイクリングを楽しみながら交通ルールを学ぶことができます。 JR阿佐ヶ谷駅と井の頭線浜田山駅間にすぎ丸バスというバスが走っており、杉並第二小学校で下車、徒歩5分です。JR中野駅とJR吉祥寺駅間の関東バスも利用できます。
