Surely everyone is familiar with the view of Moscow from Vorobyovy Gory (Sparrow Hills), but much less people have ever visited another nearby observation point in the vicinity of Russian Academy of Sciences (see the huge building over your left shoulder). Though the landscape have been spoiled a lot due to recent building on the bank of Moskva-river, it is still worth seeing, especially at sunset, when you are looking towards the Sun.
The cache itself is magnetic micro or even nano and it has no room for a pencil. The hiding place is obvious and any changes are critical for cache safety, so please place it EXACTLY where you found it, otherwise the capsule can be seen from below!
P.S. If you need to cross the river here, feel free to use any side of the bridges, though downstream side of the Rail bridge is much more picturesque.
