The cache is located on the Fond du Lac LOOP. This 15.4 mile long walking and biking trail directly connects to the Peebles Trail and the Wild Goose State Trail. No bike passes are required on any of the 3 trails.
The Loop provides an interesting variety of terrain and sights including: -A seven mile leg along the Hwy 151 bypass. -A beautiful 2.2 mile shaded Rails to Trails pathway. -A one mile section through Lakeside Park with bathroom facilities, food services, and of course spectacular views of Lake Winnebago. -A four mile urban route through downtown, with all the excellent shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks and our wonderful library available for a visit. -A suburban 1.2 mile bike lane through southern Fond du Lac to complete The Loop.
