The container is a 35mm film can. After signing log please wind it
back up. Bring your own pen.
This cache is inspired by the life of a negative. Let me tell you
the story. A negative starts out as a wee roll of film in the
grocery store. One day it is purchased, the sad thing is that
nobody likes to be bought or sold so his journey starts out rough.
Then it is taken home and used (it is used to take pictures of
trees, children, mountains, geocachers, etc.). It is a hard life to
be used. Then the poor roll of film is taken to the store where
they cut off it's foot (the little tab on the end) and is taped to
a big, flat piece of plastic. It is then sacrificed to a giant
monster (the negative processor/ machine). It then comes out
exposed (AHH... it is naked!). The next part is the best part of
it's life. It is then given therapy where all of it's trials are
brought out into the open for all to see (the paper processor/
printer where the prints come out). It finally thinks that life
will turn out alright after all, until... it is cut into tiny bits
and put in plastic sleeving and then placed in a dark envelope to
only then be put in a closet where no one will ever find it's body.
