Cornwall's first 100 plus cache series. There's a fair mix of
footpaths and very minor roads - with quite a lot of up and down
sections. Dogs should be no problem, buggies/prams and wheelchairs
will struggle - lots. Some stunning views so bring a camera. There
are several stiles on the way round.
The Choughly Saint's HALO Cache
Series
It’s based on parts of “The Saints Way”, a
circuit of some 22 miles, taking in coastline, moorland, a tor and
a selection of delightful towns and villages - with many spots to
stop for tea or if you’re that way inclined there’s a
lovely selection of fine Cornish Pubs on the way round.

Comments |
The route to this cache passes over the
river and drain in the Treesmill valley. The cache is a small click
lock box on the footpath as it rises out of the valley. Beware of
possible muggles in the house overlooking the path.
Before making your way to the next Halo Cache you might like to
have a go for "Where Are We?" (GC1GP6M) which is fairly close
by. |
Parking &
Shops |
There is room for a single car to park at
the top of the footpath where it joins the lane to Lanescot
Farm. |
