Sdr. Nissum Kirke
Skib og kor er fra romansk tid. I senmiddelalderen er der tilføjet et tårn. Der er et romansk alterbord af granitkvadre. Fløjaltertavlerne, der er fra 1587, er oprindelig skænket til Stadil kirke. I midten er et maleri fra 1845 (nadveren). På fløjtavlerne og over midterbilledet er der oprindelige og meget fine fremstillinger af bebudelsen, Jesu fødsel, korsfæstelsen, gravlæggelsen og opstandelsen.
Romansk granitdøbefont. Prædikestol med lydhimmel er fra ca. 1600 og krucifiks fra ca. 1700. Et unggotisk korbuekrucifiks og en sengotisk Mariafigur opbevares nu på Ringkøbing Museum.
På kirkegården mindesten og plade for de omkomne i 1811 fra "St. George" og "Defence".

Sdr. Nissum Church
Nave and choir from the Romanesque period. Tower added to the buildings in the Late Middle Ages. Romanesque Communion table of granite ashlar. Triptych from 1587, originally meant for Stadil Church, with a painting on the central panel from 1845 representing the Holy Communion and original and very fine representations of the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Crucifixion, the Entombment and the Resurrection in the side panels. Pulpit with sounding-board from around the year 1600. Romanesque granite font. Crucifix from around the year 1700. Early English crucifix and Perpendicular figure of the Virgin now kept at Ringkøbing Museum. On the cemetery you will find a monument erected for the victims from the wrecked warships HMS St George and Defence (1811)
