Geocache Description:

Located in a City of West Haven 15 Acre Open Space area known as the Cove River Historical Site.

Interesting site with trails where you can see many archaeological digs. The site contains Native American artifacts and over 200 of them have been cataloged in the Peabody Museum. Some are aged at 5000 years old. This cache is in a round tupper ware type container and contains a log, pencil and some swag for trade. The first to find this cache will get a $25.00 Gift Certificate for Duffy's Tavern which has been placed in the container. Please carefully place the container back under its hiding place to keep it out of view from muggles.
