Just an easy amble along a cleary defined, but unmarked path. There is even a nice playground nearby for kids.
This cache is one of a set of caches I am placing for my 1st year anniversary of Geocaching. I've enjoyed my experiences over the past year and met many great and friendly people along the way. These caches are my way of saying thank you.
You will find parking for this cache at the nearby L.(or is that an E?) Vern Allen Park. Park your car and follow paved path to hockey rink. Then find the path going off to the right, as you face the rink. Walk down the path to a clearing and start searching.
This area is prone to some flooding, so you if you want to avoid the possibility of muddy or wet feet, you might want to avoid seeking the cache after heavy rain. The cache itself should be safe.
Cache contains a pencil, but it is probably a good idea to bring one anyway.
