It's time for another social get-together for all Geocachers
living in Qatar now that Ramadan is over and everyone is back after
the Eid break.
We're doing something a little different for this event. We'll be
meeting on the beach between Simaisma and Al Khor. It is easily
accessible from Highway 1A. Use the Waypoints provided to set up a
route that starts at the exit from the highway and ends at the
beach. The route follows a good dirt track. 4x4 vehicles are not
required. As long as we don't have any rain before the event, the
route should be easily accessible to salon cars.
The reason for meeting on Friday is that some cachers have to work
on Saturdays and would otherwise not be able to attend.

You will need to bring all of your own food, drinks, tables and
chairs as there are no facilities in the area. However, the
organiser will bring a large gas BBQ to the site for those who want
to tan some meat.
BOOK THIS DATE AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU
ATTEND.

to attend by marking "Will Attend" under "log your visit" top
right
P.S.: An alternate route to the event is the dirt road past the
Al Khor Airfield (road marked on map).
