Easy Park & Grab. There are a lot of Muggles around which will require stealth and is why I give this a 1.5.
There is room for Travel Bugs and larger trade items. Free on street parking within a few feet of the cache and off street parking nearby. Restrooms located along the bike trail to the north of cache location. Don't make it hard and it'll be easy to find.
