Nice park and grab in the Southaven Business Park- Congratulations to rsarich being the FTF!!!
I had to recheck the coordinates and found them to be 350ft from the actual cache - no wonder it took you two tries!!!

I'll be the
first to admit it - there is nothing aesthetically pleasing about
this cache located in the Stateline Business Park (SBP). It is your
basic "Park and Grab."

Bring your
own pencil. You may find it easier to avoid muggles if you grab
this one on a weekend.
