Here's the scoop....we show up at McDonald Park at noon. At that point, you will sign the log and I will give you a piece of paper with a number on it. We socialize and trade trackables...whatever geocachers do. At 12:25, we will line up like goofballs with said pieces of paper with numbers creating the Pi number, and we take a panorama photo as soon as everyone is assembled. At 12:30, we will disperse.
I will need to know ahead of time who intends to come so I can have enough pages prepared so PLEASE RSVP with the number of people in your group. Meet at the location at noon and by 12:15 hours, we'll get out on the grass, line up and smile big for the photo shoot!
There is a souvenir if you participate in an event that day too!
There is a second souvenir if you log a mystery cache as well that same day. There are several up in this part of Tucson, including my Two Events in One Day cache, which is nearby, GC4VCZ6 Since there is another event cache on 3/14, GC5HZV3 maybe you can attend both and get the cache and the second souvenir!
