***PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN TIMES***

In appreciation to the Rushcreek Conservancy District for allowing geocachers use of their land, we have volunteered to hold a CITO event on April 22, 2006.

9:30am - Meet at given location to divide in to groups. There are 4 separate entrances to the lake. Each group will be assigned a certain entrance/area to CITO. We will need volunteers with trucks to transport trash to the original location for removal. Rushcreek Conservancy District will be arranging for the disposal of all items collected and providing trash bags.

11:30ish-Potluck cookout. We will be providing plates, napkins, cups, grilled hamburgers, hotdogs and brats. Please bring drinks, chips and sidedishes. There will be no electricity available for crockpots, so please plan accordingly. Don't forget your lawn chairs. Anyone with items to add to the door prize table please bring them along.

1:00-The game will consist of 14 caches placed around Rushcreek Lake. Grand prize goes to whoever solves the mystery the fastest or has the most answers in given time frame. A GPS, some geo-sense and a sense of humor should be the only thing you need to play the game. We recommend long pants. There are 4 other caches being released which are not part of the game.

***UPDATE***
We are making arrangements to have a port-a-john delivered. Hopefully this will make life easier on everyone throughout the day. Donations will be accepted and appreciated to help with this cost.

Hand Sanitizer and baby wipes will be provided. McDonalds is donating 72 bottles of water and a cooler filled with orange drink.

Details will follow within the next few weeks so check back often for updates.

Please post a note if you plan to attend including number of adults and children so we can plan accordingly.

We can't wait to see you all in April!

Things to bring:
bottled water
gloves
clothes that can get dirty
litter stick
safety vest if you feel it is necessary, we will not be close to any roads
hand sanitzer
hand wipes
lawn chair
your caching pack if your plan to stay for fun afterwards
