Get a breath of sea air on a walk along a breakwater.

Parking is available at the additional waypoint.
After that you will have a walk of several hundred metres. With luck you’ll see a selection of sea birds in addition to the inevitable silver gulls. You might even spot a dolphin or two – I did when I placed the cache.
You’ll also get an offshore view of Hummock Hill and the steelworks jetty. In the distance you should be able to see the tanks of the Santos facility at Point Lowly and the hills on the other side of Spencer Gulf to the east and Mt Young to the west.

You do not need to leave the walkway to find the cache, but it might help if you sit on a rock.
The cache is a small (150ml) flat box – it started with a few little sea creatures.

Well what can i say muggles galore, as a geo family we walked out to the GZ, a lady was walking in front of us and sat down at the very end on a rock, oh dam! but wait geo wife spotted some dolphins and distracted geo kids and muggle and kept pointinng to it. I found the cache no probs and returned it quick without muggle seeing.SL TFTC

Being a boatie helps...
My father always said "There’s a little bit of port LEFT in the bottle and port is RED.... "
Wandered out to the end just as the sun was setting and easily found.
Was filling in the log and a mum dolphin came right in to the breakwater to show of her very young new baby almost at my feet!!. Just couldn’t get any better!
May have to bring the kayaks over here and go for a paddle with the dolphins here, they are much friendlier here than those around Port Augusta.

We got nearly all the way to the end of the breakwater when we realized that we were on the wrong side. Never mind, it was a lovely day for a walk. When we finally got on the right track, we saw lots of dolphins, & the views were beautiful. TFTC. No swaps.
