This is a small island not used accept by curious boaters or by nesting geese in the spring.
This is the first in a series of island caches placed south of the river. The water by the island can be very shallow. The terrain rating will be easier in the winter if you are not afraid of falling through the ice. A life jacket is a good idea year-round.
