Math Teacher: No Big Surprise. The thief strikes again. Well, this is like the ninth or tenth one the same person has stolen. Oh well. Sorry folks.

I tried, without success, to get information about the park icluding the trail system and acreage information. There is nothing on-line except some lot information at the Green Acres database. I called the recreation department, the parks department and the engineering department and they had no idea either. I love it when a town is familar about their own parks (sarcastic). I can tell you this: there is a couple main trails. There are a lot of rocks and some elevation changes. There are several species of trees. There are thorny bushes and some ivy. There is a wet area in the middle with reeds and whatnot growing out if it. There are 4 or 5 caches in the immediate area of the park. The park also boasts playing fields and a community pool.
County Cache Facts: There is no bushwacking but there is minor rock-whacking. The terrain is slightly rocky and if you are bringing little ones (and please do), it is advisible to walk ahead and just scope out the area although I think it is pretty safe. The terrain for this particular cache is flat with a few broken limbs and trees scattered about the general area.. Please exercise caution and be careful. When I placed the cache there was an abundance of deer. You will have to leave the trail to find the cache but it is a pretty open area so it is not difficult. There is a decent-sized parking area and of course, my mandatory Green Acres sign (I love those places). THE PARK IS ONLY OPEN DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. Overall, this is a very beautiful and rocky place, with some watery areas. The cache is 186 feet from the parking area.
. The readings I took had a 25-foot degree of accuracy/error. The cache is between a fallen tree(s). There was a "v" shape from the fallen lumber so I placed it there (at the vertex) and piled rocks on top of it. PLEASE return the cache exactly where you found it. Please do not move it to a different spot in ground zero; please.
