I am not geocaching much these days but it looks like there are folks still enjoying El Camino Real GC19FJX on the Colorado River. I am not going to get back out there myself to do maintenance, so I would like to offer this cache up for adoption. I would give priority to whoever it was that replaced it awhile back, if I could figure out who that was. Failing that, whoever wants it and would maintain it, can have it. Please let me know. Brad
This is for those of you who want more out of your adventure than looking for a micro on the shoulder of the road. The cache is on the downstream tip of an island in the Colorado River between Bastrop and Tahitian Village.
This stretch is part of the Texas Paddling Trails and the link can tell you much more about the trip.
The put in and take out are provided below and there is a great set of back roads not shown on the TPW map that connect the two if you want to use a bicycle to help with you shuttle.
