Geocache Description:

Pot luck lunch at Jones Farm Park, from 11:00AM until Dessert, or until the creek rises or until the cows come home.

Well, as I sit drafting the event page, it is 59°F at 5:00 PM CDT on May 21, 2015. What are the odds of that?

What are the odds of it being 25 degrees warmer in 17 days?

What are the odds of at least one Desperate Cache Wife attending?

What are the odds of someone bringing a big pot of Turtle Soup?

What are the odds of someone old bringing a pan of "hot shots"?

What are the odds of someone really old bringing a strawberry pretzel dessert?

What are the odds that SOMEONE will offer to help, only to show up fashionably late with a little dog and a tall boyfriend (or I should say, husband now. For that matter, the dog may have gotten bigger in the mean time too)

What are the odds that I will find time the day before the event to hide a bunch of temporary caches with a door prize associated with each?

What are the odds that I will serve hickory smoked chikin?

What are the odds that I will substitute cheap weiners and stale buns at the last minute?

What are the odds that we will show up to find a large crowd arrived two hours earlier and commandiered the entire area with a moon bounce, shaved ice, and a Congressional Representative named "Mo"? (Re: GC48HCW)

There's only one way to find out: Show up and bring a side to share.

(What are the odds you will post how many people will be joining you, and what side you will bring along? (Based in past experience, I'd say about 73%))

MENU (so far): just B0B - Hickory Smoked chicken legs and thighs, disposable plates, forks, bottled water and a cooler of ice.
