How Geocaching Works
The Old Man has some of the worst luck around. If he isn't loosing his tackle or being attacked by water rats, then he's finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The Old Man was out looking for some more good fishing spots one late afternoon when he saw a heavy storm front come rolling in with one hell-of-a-dark squall line. So, he packed up his gear at the first bridge he was fishing at (boy, was that sucker dirty) and started heading back to the car. Well, he'd gotten about half way, doubling back over his tracks, when it really started to come down. By the time he got to the second bridge, crossing carefully on the slick boards, it was downright torrential. With the car still a ways away and up a slippery slope, he decided to hole up and wait out the worst of it, but where to find shelter out here in this driving rain?
Soon enough he found a spot out of the downpour and sat down on his fishing bucket to ponder his bad luck. After a time the clouds lifted and he was able to come out into the sun again. He got back to the car and realized he left his bucket behind. Maybe you can find his bucket, he'd sure appreciate it.
UPDATE: 6.17.11Guess I should have updated the size some time ago! Cache is smaller than it was initially due to sustainability.
