Earthcache Quartz Challenge Stearman5 Edition Mystery Cache

This cache is temporarily unavailable.

Mongo: Greetings,

This geocache looks like it might need some attention. The recent logs may contain more details about what sort of maintenance needs to be performed. This could be anything from a new logbook to replacing a missing container. Here are the things we need for you to perform.

  • Write a note: If you are unable to provide maintenance then post a note detailing exactly what your plan is. This will give you around thirty (30) days to accomplish maintenance on the geocache. Ownership after publication.
  • Maintenance: Visit your geocache, make any needed repairs, and post an “Owner Maintenance” log so the community knows it’s available to find. By posting an Owner maintenance log it will automatically remove the "Owner attention requested" icon.
  • Archive: If you decide it is time for your geocache to be permanently retired, please archive the listing and retrieve all physical stages. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

For tips about how to perform maintenance and to learn why Geocaching HQ sends occasional geocache maintenance reminders, please see this Help Center article.

Thanks,
Mongo

Geocache Description:

Challenge Cache

This is my challenge to you.

Visit and log 50 or more Earthcaches

There is a cache at the coordinates listed above. Daylight hours only.

I travel, a lot, and when I travel we focus mainly on earthcaches, virtuals, webcams, and of course all the other types of geocaches. But it is the first two that we really key in on, for they are easy to accomplish, for the most part, and they always provide a place for our three children to run around and burn off some of their energy.

I currently have meet all the requirements to qualify for the Geological Society of America highest level of platinum and I have visited over 150 earthcaches in 20 different states and in 4 different countries. Like I said we travel a lot. I have also created over 50 different earthcaches mostly in Missouri, but in total, five different states and in two different countries.

After you have completed the requirements above you must visit and sign the log. I will verify that you qualify by checking your profile page on Geocaching.com. Anyone not fully completing the challenge requirement will have their found log deleted.

Permission to place this cache is given by the Greene county park board
